Due to the storms of September 3rd, Erie Cemetery is closed for visitors due to the dangerous conditions on the grounds that still exist.

We appreciate your concern and support! We will reach out to our community and volunteers once the cemetery is safe.

At that point, we will welcome assistance in our effort to clean up.

Erie Cemetery Association

The Erie Cemetery Association is a nonprofit organization

overseeing three historic, non-denominational cemeteries in Erie:

Erie Cemetery, Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery, and Laurel Hill Cemetery.

Locally managed and independent, ECA is guided by a volunteer Board of Corporators, who are dedicated community members contributing their expertise.

Founded in 1850, ECA remains committed to serving Erie with respect, care, and a community focus.
